OSÉ
Rosato Marche IGT Organic
Brilliant and clear rosé wine with red fruit notes and substantial structure. With a mineral palate, it is a fresh and sincere wine, youthful in character while representing the tradition and typicality of Montepulciano grapes in rosé. The grapes come exclusively from indigenous Montepulciano vines cultivated in Offagna.
The name Osé is a wordplay between the wine’s name and a reference to a “Leda and the Swan” fresco inside the villa, painted by an ancestor, Andrea Malacari, a poet and artist who decorated parts of the house. Pairing suggestions: fish stew and Margherita or Neapolitan pizza.
